The screening uses basic figures to show a preliminary financing range, estimated DSR and separate DRP planning comparison. It is a starting point for discussion, not a final decision.

Estimated current DSR is calculated from these current monthly commitments against the net monthly income entered.

Potential financing range
The range uses SunLiTe's current screening methodology, including the entered profile, estimated monthly room, age-adjusted tenure, planning threshold and public display cap.
It remains a preliminary indication. It does not account for every factor that an external provider may consider, and a displayed cap does not mean that amount is available.

DRP planning illustration
The illustration applies 1.5% to the total card and personal-financing outstanding entered, then adds the other facilities' monthly payment entered.
DRP means SunLiTe's Direction & Recovery Plan illustration. It is a preliminary planning comparison and not an official programme, approval or guaranteed reduction.

Accuracy depends on your inputs
Enter current, complete figures and use zero only when a field genuinely does not apply. Missing, outdated or inaccurate information can materially change the indication.
Displayed values may be rounded for readability. They should not be treated as a quotation, repayment schedule or final calculation for a particular service.

External decisions remain separate
SunLiTe does not issue financing and cannot control or predict an external provider's assessment. A provider may use different policies, definitions, evidence, calculations and current information.
No screening result guarantees approval, eligibility, rate, savings, refinancing, commitment reduction or any other outcome.

Screening information and follow-up
The screening does not ask for your name or identity number. Your entered figures are not automatically added to the WhatsApp follow-up message. You decide what to share later.
