No consultation fee to refund
No fee is collected merely for asking questions, attending the first consultation or receiving a relevant credit-report review.
Free ConsultationRefund & service cancellation
The first consultation is free. A service fee applies only after you choose a service and accept its written quotation or service scope.
Effective date: 30 July 2026
Before paid work begins
The written quotation or service scope explains the selected service, charges, payment timing and relevant terms. You can ask questions before accepting it.
No fee is collected merely for asking questions, attending the first consultation or receiving a relevant credit-report review.
You may decide not to take up a service after the free consultation without a cancellation penalty.
The accepted quotation or service scope becomes the reference point for work, charges, cancellation and any refund review.
How requests are considered
Every request is considered against the applicable quotation or service agreement, completed work, expenses incurred and current service status.
The first consultation is free, so no refund issue arises from that consultation. No penalty applies if you decide not to take up a service after the free consultation.
No service fee is payable until you select a service and accept its written quotation or service scope. Review the service, charges, payment timing and relevant terms before accepting.
Once an agreed service has started or has been delivered, fees are generally not refundable merely because the customer changes their mind.
If you want to cancel an active service, contact SunLiTe. The review will consider the accepted scope, work already completed, expenses incurred and any undelivered portion.
A fee is not automatically refundable because an external provider does not deliver the customer's preferred outcome. SunLiTe does not control external assessments, approvals, rates, terms or other provider decisions.
SunLiTe does not guarantee approval, eligibility, savings, refinancing, commitment reduction or another result.
A refund may be considered when SunLiTe cannot deliver an agreed service because of an issue attributable to SunLiTe. Any refund should relate to the affected or undelivered service portion and the applicable quotation or service agreement.
A request is not automatically accepted. SunLiTe first reviews the relevant agreement, service records, completed work, expenses and current status.
Send the customer name, contact details, accepted quotation or service reference, a short explanation of the concern and any relevant supporting information through an official channel.
No fixed request deadline or processing timeframe is stated in this policy. SunLiTe will review the request against the applicable service information.
