Safe document sharing

Verify the request before sharing financial documents.

Start through an official SunLiTe channel, ask why a document is needed and share only information relevant to the agreed review.

Stop and verify

SunLiTe will never request access to your account or device.

Do not continue if anyone claiming to represent SunLiTe asks for any of the information or access below.

Never share

OTP numbers

An OTP is for your use only. Do not read it out, type it into a message or forward a screenshot.

Never share

Passwords or full login credentials

SunLiTe does not need your online-account password, PIN or full login details to provide consultation.

Never allow

Remote access to your device

Do not install remote-access software or allow another person to control your phone or computer.

Before sending anything

Use a simple verification routine.

A legitimate request should have a clear purpose and come through a contact you can verify independently.

01

Start from the official website

Open the WhatsApp or email link from SunLiTe's Official Contacts page. Do not rely only on a number or link forwarded by someone else.

02

Wait for human explanation

SunLiTe's AI-Consultant collects necessary basic, non-sensitive enquiry information first. A human advisor then explains what documents, if any, may be relevant and why.

Do not send sensitive documents merely because an automated message or unfamiliar contact asks for them.

03

Ask why each document is needed

Confirm the purpose, which pages or details are relevant, who needs access and what happens next. If the explanation is unclear, pause and verify through official WhatsApp or email.

04

Share the minimum necessary

Send only the document or information requested for the stated review. Ask whether unrelated details can be covered or removed before sharing, provided the document remains useful for its intended purpose.

Avoid sending documents in public posts, group conversations or to personal contact details that have not been verified.

05

Check the request again if it changes

Stop if the requested information, contact number, payment instruction or recipient changes unexpectedly. Return to the official website and start a new verification conversation.

06

Report a suspicious request

Do not send the requested information. Preserve the message or contact details if safe to do so, then report the concern through:

Official WhatsApp

After sharing

Ask how the information will be handled.

The Privacy Notice explains SunLiTe's current approach to access, third-party services, storage, retention, correction and deletion enquiries. Contact SunLiTe if you believe information was sent to the wrong person or channel.

When uncertain

Pause, return to the official website and verify.

A genuine review does not require an OTP, password, full login credentials or remote device access.
